Privacy Notice

Information you provide

The form stores your optional name, contact details, project type and project description, plus any materials, quantities, target dates and reference images you choose to provide. The Chinese form accepts a phone number or WeChat ID. The English form requires an email address and offers an optional WhatsApp/Phone number. Product inquiries also record the relevant product and collection.

Please only provide information needed to discuss this project. Do not upload identity documents, bank card details or unrelated information about other people.

How information is used and stored

We use this information to contact you, assess your project, agree on a plan and record follow-up progress. Customer information is only available in the signed-in admin area and is not displayed on public product pages.

Information is stored in a private database on the website server and may be included in backups held by the studio. The website and reverse proxy may keep necessary access logs; submission rate controls use a digest of network addresses to reduce duplicate submissions and abuse.

We retain information as needed for project discussions, fulfilling our work and handling related requests, and review it periodically. Records moved to the admin recycle bin are still retained. Backups have a separate retention cycle.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact details below. Please include your inquiry reference when possible so we can verify and process your request. Deletion requests are also considered when managing backups.

Sign-in and third-party links

The admin area uses essential sign-in cookies. Customers do not need an account to send an inquiry. Clicking Buy now takes you to the selected commerce platform, which handles subsequent shopping, payments and data. Please review that platform's own notices.
